Sawyer Petrick is a creative professional with experience in hospitality, media production, and writing. His professional journey spans various roles across New York City. In 2013, Sawyer Petrick interned with ARK Restaurant Group, where he supported public relations, marketing, and financial projections for several local establishments.
Thereafter, Sawyer Petrick gained hands-on bar experience at Bryant Park Grill and Union Square Cafe, where he managed service tasks and bar operations. During this time, Mr. Petrick also worked with Whole Picture Films, where he contributed to screenplays including The Speech and The Look.
Academically, Sawyer Petrick earned a bachelor's degree in film from The New School. His senior capstone project, The Newsboy Racket, received high honors. He also completed an EBS certificate from the New York Bartending School in 2012. Outside of work, Mr. Petrick supports the New York Giants, is a guitar player, and is a dedicated reader. He enjoys reviewing films and restaurants and remains deeply engaged with the creative arts.
